Dina Meyer was raised and born at Forest Hills Queens New York. Just before finishing her junior year, she relocated out of Queens and moved to Dix Hills Long Island. Dina Meyer is the sister of two brothers, Gregory is her elder brother and Evan is her younger brother. Her career began in the field of entertainment at nine and was modeling. Her acting career began in The Neighborhood Playhouse, New York. She studied the techniques of Sanford Meisner alongside Ron Stetson for three years. Sandra Bullock received similar training, along with Michael Douglas and Jeff Goldblum. Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton are also amongst the actors who have received similar training. The first time she was cast as an actress was in the soap opera Beverly Hills, 90210, that required her to relocate from Los Angeles to Los Angeles. Her first role was in Johnny Mnemonic. She did all the stunts of the movie, and it established her as an athlete as well as an actress. It was through the agents of Matt LeBlanc that she was successful in securing a regular role in the TV show Friends.
